Space is an initiative set up by Staffordshire’s Police and Crime Commissioner, Matthew Ellis.  Running all summer until 1st September, Space provides fun activities for 1117 year-olds to take part in – from trips out and sports activities to learning initiatives and clubs.

Why not become a Police Cadet?

Open to youngsters between 13 and 17 years old you will work towards nationally recognised qualifications in team-working, citizenship and personal skills following a detailed programme that covers every aspect of policing.

You will also learn how to support the police in keeping our communities safe and reassured.

We at Staffordshire Police have a Volunteer Programme to enable members of the local community to actively engage with their local policing teams and support police officers in keeping our communities safe and reassured.
